If you believe User Generated Content, comprising your Contribution was removed in error, you have the option to file a counter-notice (“Counter-Notice”) by following the steps below. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the person who filed the original DMCA Copyright Notice. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the submitter of the original claims in their DMCA Copyright Notice is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the content at issue, we will remove the claim and the DMCA Copyright Notice from your account's record, and we may, but are not obligated to, replace the Contribution that was removed.
Please make sure to write DMCA Copyright Notice in the subject line
If you receive a notification that your Contribution or User Generated Content provided through the Channelkit Services, including on the Websites has been removed due to a claim of copyright infringement in a DMCA Copyright Notice, it means that the Contribution’s content has been deleted from the Channelkit Services at the request of the content's owner. If your account receives too many copyright complaints, you may lose the ability to post new content on the Channelkit Services, and your account may be disabled completely.
DMCA Copyright Notice - VetBloom
I’ve researched the matter thoroughly and can point you to several posts on SFFaudio which show this research. I did not post a copyrighted story called Adjustment Team, but rather I linked to one which is in the US public domain. So, in short, I dispute the statement that the US public domain work I liked to is unauthorized by US law. My understanding is that the general rule in federal and state laws in the United States is that an unqualified statement of what one does not know to be true is equivalent to a statement of what one knows to be false when the statement is made under penalty of perjury. Your signature is on that email. I request that you confirm the accuracy of the statements you made in the DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification you sent me and that you do so with particular reference to appropriate documentation. Please do so as expediently as possible or acknowledge the notification was incorrect and that you withdraw your objections.
